St. Regis Conversion

The proposal to convert the Park Tower hotel into a St. Regis hotel, Starwood’s main luxury hospitality brand, involved a complete renovation of rooms, corner suites and common areas, as well as the design of the new business center and hotel’s access. We preserved the interior design’s classic style, showcasing reclaimed wood paneling in bedrooms, a variety of antiques and refined furniture and fabrics.
